These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of coffee beans, merchandise, and coffee-making equipment (“Products”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products

3.1 Coffee Beans

Our coffee is a perishable food item. Roast dates, bean origins, tasting notes, and freshness information will be displayed on product pages.

3.2 Equipment & Merchandise

Items such as brewing equipment, apparel, and accessories are subject to standard product descriptions and warranties where applicable.

4. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at checkout using the available payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if: the product is unavailable payment is not authorised there are errors in pricing or descriptions

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, or events beyond our control. If a parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Coffee Beans (Perishable Goods)

Under UK law, perishable food items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore: We cannot accept returns of coffee beans due to freshness and food-safety reasons. If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.

6.2 Merchandise & Coffee Equipment

For non-perishable items, you have: a 14-day right to cancel, starting the day after delivery a further 14 days to return the items Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving the return Conditions: Returned products must be: unused in original packaging in re-saleable condition You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

6.3 Faulty Goods (All Products)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to: 30-day right to a refund for faulty goods repair or replacement if a fault develops within 6 months This applies to equipment and merch, but not to flaws inherent in natural agricultural products (taste preference, roast darkness, etc.). 7. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you offer subscription coffee: You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Once payment is taken, cancellations apply to the next cycle, not the current order.

8. Allergens & Food Safety

Coffee beans generally do not contain common allergens. However, all products are prepared and handled in compliance with UK Food Standards. Any flavourings, blends, or additives will be clearly labelled.

9. Liability

We are not liable for: losses caused by misuse or improper handling of coffee equipment delays outside our control indirect or consequential losses Our total liability will not exceed the price paid for the product.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your information is used for order fulfilment, customer service, and website functionality.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
