Every Sunday at 10:00am, meet at Parkway Coffee, move your body, then refuel with a well-earned coffee.

This is a no-pressure, all-levels club. No big running experience required.

If you’re unsure, come along anyway! There’s always someone at your pace.
After the run…
We finish back at Parkway Coffee for a coffee and refuel. Stick around for a chat, grab a pastry, and start your Sunday feeling accomplished.

- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can set off on time.
- Bring water if you need it, and dress for the weather.
- By attending, you take part at your own risk—look after yourself and run safely.
