You know that feeling when you meet someone and just click? That’s exactly what happened when we discovered Yellow Bourbon Coffee Roasters. As a new coffee shop in Weston Favell, we knew we wanted to serve something special – not just any coffee would do. We wanted coffee with character, coffee with a story, and most importantly, coffee that would make our customers’ taste buds dance with joy.

Our friends at Yellow Bourbon are masters of their craft, carefully roasting each batch to bring out the beans’ unique characteristics. The roasting process is part science, part art, and all passion – kind of like the perfect cup of coffee itself.

Whether you’re sipping our signature espresso or treating yourself to a velvety cappuccino, you’re tasting the result of careful selection, expert roasting, and precise preparation. Our baristas are trained to bring out the best in every bean, ensuring that each cup meets our high standards.
Come Taste the Difference
Don’t just take our word for it – pop in and experience it yourself! We’re open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 4pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our team loves chatting about coffee, and we’re always happy to help you discover your new favourite drink.
